Plaintiff Romax Construction Company, Inc. filed a "Motion to Dismiss Liens" in the Superior Court of DeKalb County seeking to have the court dismiss by direct order certain labor and materialmen's liens previously filed by defendant Conte Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Hairston Construction Company, Inc., or to direct the defendant to do so. The defendant then filed its answer, in which it set up various defenses and counterclaimed against plaintiff seeking a judgment for $47,398.50.
