skiing competition, make a visual inspection of the designated
course where the competition is to be held.
(b) Competitors shall be held to accept any and all risks of injury
or death that result from course conditions, including, but not
limited to, those inherent dangers and risks of skiing as defined in
this chapter, as well as existing weather or snow conditions; course
design, construction, or layout; or obstacles that a visual
inspection prior to any training for or the start of the actual
competitive event would have revealed.
